As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strategic relationships with our key clients. This position is critical for ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and aligning our services with client objectives. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service, innovative solutions, and measurable results to our clients.

As an Account Manager, you will: 

  • Lead and develop client relationships: Establish strong, long-term client partnerships that add value beyond the contract. Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions.

  • Strategic account management: Develop and execute account strategies to ensure client retention and growth. Monitor account health, identify risk of churn, and proactively address issues.

  • Drive business growth: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling initiatives that align with the client’s business strategy.

  • Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with project management, creative, and technical teams to ensure that client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.

  • Performance and metrics analysis: Regularly review account performance against targets, providing regular reports to both clients and senior management.

  • Feedback and continuous improvement: Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery, working with product and service development teams to innovate and improve offerings.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in client services, account management, or a similar role within a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and leading teams to achieve targets.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising strategies, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
