Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Delivery Manager at Argano plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of large and complex projects and services. They lead complicated and high-risk projects, drawing from their vast experience to guide multiple teams towards successful outcomes. Their role spans strategy, expectation management and team development. They are responsible for leading larger project teams, managing client relationships at an executive level, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget during the project delivery maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction by employing Argano’s project delivery strategies. The role usually assists with the implementation of change management strategies to ensure seamless project transitions and adoption of new technologies or processes.

Responsibilities

  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise of Software Development Lifecycle, working in collaboration with functional consulting team, in the implementation of business-aligned and driven Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Lead clients in workshops to formulate technical requirements and align to overall solution delivery
  • Align client’s existing business processes and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs
  • Interpret client’s business process diagrams and advise on impacts related to upstream and downstream systems including Single Sign-on with AD (Active Directory) synchronization
  • Manage module track of project which includes:
  • Manage scope and client expectations for your module
  • Identify project risks and communicate appropriately with project team to avoid and mitigate potential issues
  • Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts
  • Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design
  • Be leaders with a vision in the Oracle Cloud space with innovative solutions around the product
  • Mentor other technical consultants and help grow our internal technical object library
  • Ability to understand fundamental Oracle Cloud HCM system design and purpose
  • Understanding of project implementation methodologies and knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams
  • Ability to engage effectively at appropriate levels, see the “big picture” as well as the details
  • Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities with commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects

  • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Loader)
  • Fast Formulas (modules: Payroll, Benefits, Recruit, Compensation, Time & Labor, Global HR)
  • HCM Extract
  • BI Publisher (RTF, XSL templates), OTBI analysis and dashboards
  • (OIC) Oracle Integration Cloud Service
  • Oracle HCM REST and SOAP API
  • Auto Complete Rules
  • Oracle SQL, XSL
  • IDCS and Single Sign-on
  • Analytics Cloud (FAW)
  • General PaaS/DaaS/JaaS/IDCS
  • Experience with Java, XML, SOA Architecture preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) full life cycle hands on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with proven knowledge of best practice solutions, product integration impacts and support/troubleshooting required
  • Ability to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating preferred
  • Validated ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert
  • Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
