Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for building long-term relationships and driving business growth? Covetrus is looking for a 3PL & Vendor Development Manager to join our growing team remotely in the UK. 

 

About the Role: As a 3PL & Vendor Development Manager, you will join our growing Vendor Management Team, who nurture our vendors and potential partners into long-term customers. Your expertise in sales, business development, and contract management will help develop strategic partnerships, create tailored solutions, and contribute to the growth of our business. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to convert potential partners into active customers within our 3PL & Managed Services function.   

  • Build and maintain strong connections with assigned vendors and partners, fostering loyalty and collaboration. 

  • Support a seamless onboarding and integration for new partners into the company’s ecosystem. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to enhance partner engagement. 

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales plans and identify new service opportunities – focussing on Data Sales; 3PL & Managed Services.  

  • Stay ahead of industry developments by monitoring market trends and competitor activity. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Extensive experience in Sales, Vendor Relations, or Partnership roles, with a proven track record in Customer Success and Contract Negotiation. 

  • Strong relationship management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage large opportunities. 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage change and collaborate effectively across teams. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
