We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to collaborate with both our Product and Tech teams to investigate user requirements and design interfaces for complex scenarios. You will support the process from start to finish; from concept to deployment. 

To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience with design systems, as well as be comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where tasks and projects can quickly change.

Job Description
  • Design UI elements while maintaining our design system;
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers;
  • Provide wireframes and prototypes based on the gathered requirements;
  • Illustrate design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders;
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
  • Review interfaces before release;
  • Have a “pixel-perfect” attitude;
  • Being inspired by new and innovative design trends to keep our design system and your work fresh;
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product team

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related design field.
  • Portfolio: A strong showcase of your experience with design systems, visual design, and interaction design. (Applications without a portfolio won’t be considered—so show us your best work!)
  • Experience: 3+ years in UX/UI design, preferably in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Figma Mastery: Advanced skills in Figma—you’re not just a user; you’re a Figma ninja!
  • Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Mindset: A problem-solver with a creative flair who thrives on tackling challenges.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and solid proficiency in English.

    How does the selection process work?

    2. HR Interview: After submitting your assignment, have a conversation with one of our HR team members to learn more about you, your interests, and what motivates you to join our team.

    3. Interview with Hiring Managers: Dive deep into your take-home assignment and participate in live practical exercises. This stage helps us understand your approach to challenges and the reasoning behind your design decisions.

    4. Final Interview: Conclude with a discussion with the head of Tech & Product to align on vision, goals, and how we can build a successful future together.
