What We Need:

What You'll Do:

  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests for Human Resources and Payroll data

  • Design intuitive Workday dashboards for leadership decision-making

  • Deliver timely analytics and reporting for HR teams

  • Lead automation efforts, including AI integration

  • Maintain data governance framework to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Support 3rd party and legal compliance reporting requirements

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM reporting

  • Proven track record in data analysis and quality control

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset

  • Problem-solving mindset with initiative

It Would Be Nice if You Have:
  • Experience with Workday advanced features (Worksheets, Discovery Boards, Presentations)

  • Workday Prism Analytics expertise

  • Tableau dashboards development

  • HR team experience and deep understanding of workforce metrics 

  • AI/automation implementation experience

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
