We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marcom Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for optimizing processes, systems, and analytics, this role is an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

As a key member of the Marcom team, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations, manage data-driven strategies, and implement scalable processes that support business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Technology Management
    Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, analytics tools, websites).

  • Campaign Operations
    Optimize the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms.

  • Data and Analytics

    • Analyze campaign data to measure performance, derive insights, and recommend future strategies.
    • Create dashboards and regular performance reports for key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement
    Develop and document marketing processes to enhance efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve cross-team collaboration.

  • Lead Management
    Manage lead flow through marketing automation systems, ensuring proper scoring, segmentation, and routing for follow-up.

  • Project Management
    Oversee marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution.

  • Collaboration
    Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on goals and drive integrated marketing strategies.

  • Compliance and Data Privacy
    Ensure marketing operations adhere to data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).


Qualifications
  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience

    • 5–7 years in marketing operations or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and Excel.
    • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge

    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data handling.
    • Understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies (preferred).
  • Soft Skills

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales processes.
  • Certification in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot Certification).

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.

 

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

 

 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
