What we do:

We provide sourcing and recruitment services to our clients. As a recruiter in Matchr, you will be working under an embedded model. This means that you will be part of the clients recruitment team and fully dedicated to them. Some of our clients include Miro, Ampelmann, Labelbox, Nanotronics among other great companies.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

  • Relevant capability (3+ years) in non tech recruitment (Finance, Payroll, HR, Customer Service, Sales roles)
  • Fluency in English and Dutch both in speaking and writing
  • Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-moving environment
  • Background with recruiting on the European market and collaboration with international clients
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Being located in the Netherlands and travel to the office 2-3 times per week
