Job Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suites with high accuracy and speed. 
  • Proficiency in data entry software, databases, and spreadsheet applications. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. 
  • 5 + years experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry. 
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms Shopify and digital marketing tools. 
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to complete ad hoc admin tasks proficiently and proactively.

Core responsibilities:

  • Reporting Weekly KPI for each location (10-12 locations) Monthly category/subcategory reporting for each location (10-12 locations Monthly brand sales reports (approx 60 brands).
  • Monthly financials reporting exporting and formatting data Inventory.
  • Control Weekly reorder reporting for 2-4 jewellery locations Stock reordering reporting fortnightly and monthly for about 15 brands.
  • Importing purchase orders into point of sale system via csv (approx 10 per week).
  • Code creation for new products incl tagging, categorisation, price setting.
  • Monthly negative inventory review Webstore Coordination.
  • Updating webstore database with new brands/products.
  • Copywriting for all new products and brands Image harvesting, resizing, cropping and renaming.
  • Uploading assets into shopify Updating and managing email database.
