Job Title: Applications Developer III 
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000
Location: Hybrid in Omaha, NE or Remote

The job:

As an Applications Developer III, you’ll be crafting the tools that make project management smarter, materials tracking smoother, and financial processes more accurate. You’ll help shape a product that empowers our customers to tackle their biggest challenges—giving them the edge to deliver projects on time, under budget, and with less hassle.

What will you do:

• Design, develop, and maintain software that helps construction businesses tackle real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and turn them into practical software solutions. 
• Build reliable, scalable software that helps customers work smarter (not harder).
• Review code, debug issues, test, and ensure quality in everything we build.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies so we don’t fall behind.
• Contribute to our agile process by actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Who you are and what you need:

• 2+ years of experience in software development, with solid skills in at least one programming language (C#, Java, .Net, etc.).
• You know Agile development like the back of your hand.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and sharing your wisdom (and maybe a few coding jokes).
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
• Great communication skills for collaborating with all kinds of teams.
• Bonus points for experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD, and version control systems.
