Established in 1976, our program provides crucial support through death, disability, and educational assistance benefits to public safety officers and their families. Position Summary
As a Customer Resource Specialist I, you will play a vital role in supporting survivors of fallen officers, catastrophically injured officers, and their families through the benefits application process. Working within our dedicated team, you will serve as a secondary point of contact between applicants and the government, ensuring that each case is handled with the care, dignity, and attention it deserves. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of public safety officers and their families during their times of greatest need.

All positions require U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residence and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance. Candidates must meet DOJ residency requirements, having spent three of the past five years residing in the U.S., working overseas for the federal government, or as a dependent of a federal employee overseas.
