Job Summary
The Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP) Administration and Program Management Support Services (APMSS) program provides administrative, analytical, and technical expertise to support OBP’s mission of mitigating Improvised Explosive Device (IED) threats and enhancing national security. Through this program, personnel contribute to operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and strategic alignment to achieve OBP’s critical objectives.
The Program Analyst II manages task assignments, tracks progress, and provides administrative support to ensure the successful completion of OBP’s programmatic goals.
Specific Responsibilities
- Use project management tools to monitor task progress and facilitate completion.
- Coordinate responses to RFIs and collect inputs for programmatic documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to maintain alignment with objectives.
- 3-10 years of experience as a Program Analyst with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in task management and program coordination within federal programs.
- Experience managing workflows and collaborating with interagency stakeholders.
- Experience working within an Executive Secretariat Team preferred.
- Experience in national security, interagency collaboration, and operational efficiency preferred.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Normal office environment.
Hours of Operation
Generally perform all work between the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays). However, there may be occasions when the employee shall be required to work other than normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, to fulfill requirements under this contract.
Travel Requirements
Up to 10%. Travel to Huntsville Alabama, USA, or 1110 North Glebe Road, Alexandria, VA 22201 may be required to support this requirement.
