Step into the world of YAZIO, a leader in the nutrition and calorie-tracking app industry. As our Business Operations Manager, your task will be to streamline our operations and ensure high productivity. Strive with us to make YAZIO the most successful nutrition app worldwide.

This role combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Erfurt, ideally suiting candidates based in the surrounding areas.
Your Mission
  • Enhance our operational efficiency
    • Ensure seamless utilization of our company's tools and resources to strengthen productivity levels.
    • Manage resources (hardware, tool access, subscriptions, insurances and office supplies), thereby enabling other teams to focus on their core objectives without administrative burdens.
    • Collaborate with teams across YAZIO to optimize processes and enhance workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Mitigate risks and uphold compliance
    • Oversee insurances, compliance and legal documentation to reduce operational risks and to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure scalability in alignment with our growth ambitions
    • Make sure that we have the necessary processes and infrastructure in place to scale efficiently in line with our growth and expanding operational requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative environment
    • Manage physical mail and office affairs in our Erfurt office, and assist in organizing team events to foster a positive working culture.
Your Profile
  • Essential Qualification: exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to organize, plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A university degree in business management, operations management or a related field
  • Relevant work experience within a business operations environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Interest in legal, data protection and IT issues, staying up to date on trends and developments, and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Relevant experience and knowledge regarding compliance and legal requirements
  • Previous experience in a technology company; ideally, a startup or scaleup
  • Fluency in English and German, coupled with excellent written communication
