This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time 10am to 6pm (12am-8am Philippine Time)  Wednesday to Sunday (8-hours paid per day)

We’re seeking a dedicated professional to be the first point of contact for potential patients, guiding them towards better health and improved quality of life.


Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting patients with our groundbreaking treatments. You’ll manage inbound leads from various marketing channels, including TV commercials, radio ads, and digital campaigns. Your engaging phone consultations will help potential patients understand the value of our free consultations and encourage them to take the first step towards recovery. This position offers a unique blend of sales and healthcare, allowing you to directly impact people’s lives while utilizing your communication skills.


Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from diverse marketing channels and Outbound calls to leads that have filled out a form
  • Conduct thorough 10-15 minute phone consultations with potential patients
  • Build rapport and clearly explain our services, emphasizing our experience and board-certified doctors
  • Qualify leads by discussing medical conditions, previous treatments, and addressing concerns
  • Schedule appointments while highlighting the value of our free consultation
  • Input detailed patient information and lead source data into our CRM system
  • Achieve and maintain high show rates for scheduled appointments
  • Adapt communication style to effectively interact with senior clientele
  • Generate leads using Go highlevel software ( marketing software)


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice
  • Sales or appointment setting experience, preferably in healthcare or medical field
  • Empathy and professionalism when discussing sensitive health issues
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage data entry while maintaining engaging conversations
  • Patience and effectiveness in communicating with senior citizens
  • Ability to maintain high conversion rates and accurate data entry
  • Collaborative mindset to work with existing team members
  • Go highlevel software knowledge is a plus, and if you don't know this, just do some research on it prior to the interview so you can speak about it
