Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Working hours: 40 hours / week
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm Clinton Twp, MI Time with 1 hour unpaid break 
  • Location: Clinton Twp, Michigan

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. On-call availability is a must, as is proficiency with Zoom, email, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Zoom Availability: Must be readily available to join Zoom calls for task assignments and updates.
  • Task Management: Add and track tasks within our designated platform, ensuring timely completion and progress updates.
  • Email Communication: Respond to emails professionally and efficiently, conveying information clearly and concisely.
  • Graphical Content Handling: Send completed graphical work to clients or team members as required.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor social media posts across various platforms, ensuring consistent daily activity.
