Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have requested estimates
  

• Follow up on sent estimates to answer questions and address concerns
  

• Schedule on-site visits for pool cage restoration services
  

• Utilize our integrated CRM and call system to manage customer interactions
  

• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications
  

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
  

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth customer journey
  

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills - required
  

• Excellent communication skills with a neutral or Latino accent preferred
  

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
  

• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
  

• Strong ability to build rapport and overcome objections
  

• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  

• Comfortable working in a remote environment
