We are presently seeking a Hong Kong-based Workday Consultant that can support our Hong Kong/Taiwan engagements with Workday and Customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Workday Sales, Partner, and Services team to ensure responsive and local support to Workday from EZECloud.
  
• Remotely work with the rest of the EZECloud team to help build and deliver comprehensive proposals and implementations to Workday and our joint customers/prospects.
  
• Collaborate with the client’s project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business results.
  
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
  
• Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configurations and functionality.
  

About the Role

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or HR/Organizational Development
  
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Workday.
  
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Workday technology.
  
• Experience with AMS or end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
  
• Experience working in a client facing role.
  
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
  
• Certifications are a plus
  
• PM Certification will be an advantage.
