Senior Commercial Operations Manager


Your role:

  • Lead quarterly, monthly, weekly sales forecast preparation, highlight risks & opportunities with clear justifications and propose/monitor recovery actions to drive commitment deliver and phasing target achievement
  • Lead cross function dialog to resolve complex operation issues and implement corrective actions to enable business success
  • Continuously refine and improve sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Drive system/tooling adoption, to ensure full utilization and alignment with sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements
  • Be responsible to communicate target deployed to region/district by modalities, business model and solution, and trace target achievement accordingly
  • Proactively monitor and analyze GTM effectiveness incl. funnel pipeline, win-loss, market dynamic provide insight and assist leadership team in developing plans, resource allocation, business strategy that will lead to gain share and AOP achievement
  • Identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and drive business growth
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company to inform strategic decisions
  • Support others per management request

How we work together
