With enterprise opportunities emerging organically (£100-300k ACV), we’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to take the lead in building our enterprise presence, closing major deals, and shaping our enterprise sales strategy.
What you will be doing
- Drive new customer acquisition in the UK’s mid-market (£20-100k ACV) and enterprise (£100-300k ACV) segments.
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team to build and refine the enterprise sales playbook for large private clinics, hospitals, and health-techs.
- Lead the development of enterprise-focused sales processes to support our growth trajectory.
- Partner with a pre-sales consultant to ensure deal success and seamless customer onboarding.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with confidence and precision.
What we are looking for
We need an entrepreneurial, results-oriented AE who can excel in ambiguity and is able to find the path and help define the playbook as we grow. We’re not looking for someone who has done it all, but we do need someone who is highly entrepreneurial and has operated in an environment with shifting commercial priorities, We need someone adaptable and creative who can grow into the role and bring loads of energy and strong convictions around pushing Semble more up-market.
Must-haves:
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas—top 2% performer in recent roles.
- Exceptional levels of curiosity and rapport building with a high-level of business and commercial intellect and gravitas.
- Experience selling complex, mission-critical SaaS solutions into regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Successful history of closing deals in the £50k-400k ACV range (with multiple £300k+ deals).
- Proficiency in a recognised sales methodology
- Track record of building your own pipeline - you don’t rely on an SDR.
- Exceptional CRM discipline to track and manage your sales activities effectively.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and ideally have experienced a successful shift upmarket
- You’re a true team player, not a lone wolf
Bonus points for:
- Experience selling into private healthcare, ideally with a network of contacts.
- Proven success in leading and winning RFP processes.
- Background in strategy consulting or a similar analytical role.
- Natural coaching abilities - you’re a team player who uplifts those around you.
