Job description

This is for a temporary position on our Talent Acquisition team supporting our restaurant field operations. This is a remote role and candidates ideally will be located in Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia or Pennsylvania.
This position is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process for corporate restaurant management positions across multiple brands within the Inspire Brands portfolio, supporting multiple levels through effective strategic sourcing and candidate selection. This individual will manage critical timelines to support new restaurant openings (NRO), Franchise acquisitions, and address ongoing replacements due to internal movement and attrition.  This position will work closely with Operations, training and Talent Management constituents to support internal and external talent pipelining and bench strength, primarily in support of an assigned region or group. This position may provide recruiting support for other areas when deemed necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess staffing needs, identify top-tier talent, and consistently exceed recruiting funnel metrics. 
  • Oversee high volume, full cycle, recruitment process within assigned region(s) 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment best practices, including grassroots recruiting, recruitment marketing, campus recruiting, and innovative recruitment strategies. 
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to Field Operators, covering topics such as hourly hiring, best practices for interviews, and ATS and HRIS system procedures. 
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments to ensure alignment in achieving Talent Acquisition annual goals, including participating in project focus groups to drive the successful execution of annual strategic initiatives. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements and cost-saving opportunities. 
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring culture by implementing strategies to attract candidates from underrepresented backgrounds. 
  • Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred - 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
  • 2 years of experience in a full cycle recruitment function. 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • ATS, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in prioritizing tasks and daily responsibility  
  • Skilled in written and verbal communications 
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Goals driven 
  • Strong ability to be a partner of choice with internal/external customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
