Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Lead at Adobe who will connect strategy and execution across the Adobe Customer Solutions business unit, Product/Product Marketing teams, and the global Digital Experience Marketing organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive the alignment of marketing strategies, resources, and priorities across diverse functions and geographies, ensuring a cohesive approach that amplifies Adobe's global reach and impact.

As a senior leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will need to have exceptional organizational skills, deep expertise in enterprise marketing systems, and the ability to navigate complexity to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Alignment:

    • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans that align with business objectives across Adobe Customer Solutions and the DX Marketing organization.
    • Ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with Product and Product Marketing teams, prioritizing initiatives that drive impact.
  • Budget Allocation & Management:

    • Collaborate with partners and team members to effectively allocate budgets across geographies and initiatives.
    • Track spend, assess return on investment, and adjust prioritisation as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

    • Act as the central point of contact for all marketing activities, facilitating collaboration between the business unit and global marketing teams.
    • Work closely with geo teams to ensure the consistent execution of campaigns and programs, adapting for regional nuances.
  • Content Syndication:

    • Lead all aspects of the syndication and optimization of marketing content across channels and regions to ensure scalability and relevance.
    • Partner with content teams to ensure messaging is aligned with Adobe’s value propositions and resonates with target audiences.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering trust and collaboration at all levels.
    • Serve as a liaison and advocate for the Adobe Customer Solutions business unit within the global DX Marketing organization.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Implement processes and tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and communication across marketing initiatives.
    • Track progress and performance against critical metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

    • Proven experience in integrated marketing, marketing operations, or related roles within a sophisticated enterprise environment.
    • Consistent track record of working across diverse geographies and stakeholder groups to drive large-scale marketing programs.
  • Skills & Expertise:

    • Extensive knowledge of global marketing systems, processes, and standard methodologies, including planning, execution, and measurement.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse partners.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
