About the Role
A non profit organisationis seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to handle their digital presence, specifically on Instagram and Facebook platforms. The role involves creating engaging content 2-3 times monthly, with a focus on maintaining their established brand voice while drawing inspiration from similar organizations in their field.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Create and manage social media content for Instagram and Facebook
  • Develop video content and visuals that align with organizational branding
  • Schedule and publish posts according to content calendar (2-3 times monthly)
  • Monitor and engage with audience interactions

Requirements

  • Previous social media management experience
  • Proficiency in content creation and video editing
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience with nonprofit/humanitarian content preferred
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
