Job description

Are you a Dutch speaker? Do you love communicating with people and provide them with solutions?

We are looking for Dutch Customer Service Associates to work for an e-shop in the Netherlands that offers general merchandising products in categories such as music, film, electronics, toys, jewelry, watches, baby products, gardening and DIY.

Pack your bags for Greece and work remotely all over the country!

What you will do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the Netherlands’ leading online retailer
  • Listen to what drives our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats
  • Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and deliveries, as well as customer complaints
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Native /near-native level in Dutch
  • B2-level English skills
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters
  • Adaptive skills and team spirit
  • European citizenship or work permit for Greece
