A day in the life of Regional Sales Manager MK:
- Develop and support sales strategies for distributors, ensuring efficient implementation of sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to establish winning commercial propositions and support trade marketing development.
- Work in coordination with other departments, such as marketing and corporate commercial development team, to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Manage trade budget spending, including the preparation of annual plans and revisions.
- Analyze and evaluate data from independent agencies, such as Scan Data and AC Nielsen, to drive informed decision-making.
- Conduct field visits to monitor store execution and stay updated on market changes, competitive activities, and consumer attitudes.
- Identify new trade opportunities and propose effective strategies to capitalize on them.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Oversee the proper maintenance of company resources, assets, and products.
- Monitor sales results per customer/channel, suggest corrective trade marketing actions, and conduct promotional activities.
- Delivers each month the activity plan with activity prioritization and performance indicators specific to each activity, monitors and reports the results;
- Manages TCI efficiently and improves the customer mix.
What will make you successful?
- Ideally, you have at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales, or related field.
- You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- You have great negotiation capabilities, as well as conceptual and analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach.
- You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package.
