Job Requirements:

  • 2.5-5 years of experience in e-commerce management: Proven experience working with Shopify and Amazon is required. 
  • Strong Shopify and Amazon experience: Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage stores on both platforms. 
  • Etsy experience: Experience with Etsy is highly valued for this role. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy in product listings across platforms. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively and take calls from the business owner.

Core responsibilities:

  • Post products on Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy: Ensure all clothing apparel products are accurately listed across e-commerce platforms. 
  • Conduct product audits: Regularly audit e-commerce stores to verify that all products are listed correctly and consistently on each platform. 
  • Manage product updates: Handle updates such as pricing, descriptions, and inventory management across Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy. 
  • Optimize listings for visibility: Improve product listings to enhance searchability and increase sales performance. 
  • Communicate with the business owner: Take phone calls from the business owner to discuss tasks, updates, or strategies. 
  • Monitor platform performance: Track sales, customer feedback, and product performance on all e-commerce platforms to provide actionable insights.
