Job Title: Project Manager Assistant
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1250 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support sales funnel management and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a problem-solving mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the acquisition sales funnel, ensuring timely delivery of emails and direct mail to targets.
  • Import and export CSV files and handle basic spreadsheet tasks.
  • Provide weekly task updates without the need for manager follow-ups.
  • Identify, hire, and manage short-term specialists via platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
  • Use innovative tools, including AI programs, to build simple, efficient structures for project execution.
  • Ensure that all tasks contribute to generating profit greater than their cost.


Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and their improvement processes.
  • Proficiency in task management and the ability to deliver timely updates.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify solutions and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with innovative tools and techniques for efficient project management.
