What you will be doing

Support daily operation activities – e.g. onboarding, marketing activities, expansion, and problem-solving.

Build and improve sustainable relationships with partners.

Identify potential operational gaps with internal and external stakeholders.

Work closely with BD teams for better operation outcomes.

Perform basic data analysis related to the on/off-ramps program.

Write and publish announcements and other product documents.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree or above.

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

1-3+ years of experience in operations.

Proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and team spirit.

Knowledge of data analysis preferred.

International education or work experience is preferred; finance related background is preferred.

Experience in crypto or payment industry preferred.
