The Sales Reporting Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring accurate reporting. In this role, you will manage processes, critical data, analyze trends, and provide strategic insights. You will provide a broad range of analytical and strategic support to the Insurance management team.
Job duties:
Provide essential assistance to the sales team, senior management and executives. Collaborate with the sales team to generate, analyze, and interpret a diverse range of reports, ensuring their accuracy. Compile and research relevant information for Sales Managers, Senior Management and Executives and across different regions, calculating data as needed to support strategic planning and sales initiatives. Manage files to ensure organized records for easy reference and efficient workflow within the organization.
Partners with the Insurance Marketing team, responsible for implementing and administering processes informed by data analysis. Leverage systems like Epic and insurance transaction platforms for documentation, reporting, tracking, and efficient report delivery. Ensure quality control for web quotes, monitor sales processes, and provide recommendations to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
Establish professional relationships with AAA Insurance staff. Working alongside Marketing Data Analysts, develop and analyze targeted reports to support business development initiatives.
Ensure the accuracy of business line information in SharePoint, and that the information is up to date. This involves managing and maintaining lead assignments lists, staff listings, branch responsibilities, and phone extensions for agents. Manages class registration forms, process expense reports, invoices for approval and track incentives on a monthly basis.
Assist in managing projects from inception to completion; drive and facilitate effective project and program prioritization and execution. Develops, with management, organizational strategies by identifying and researching issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction. Coordinate bi-annual Agent Sales Meetings, promoting collaboration and strategic alignment.
Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED - Required
Bachelor's degree - Preferred
Experience
Sales Administration - 2+ years of experience.
Administrative or Coordinator experience - 3+ years of experience.
Travel requirements:
Travel may be required for team meetings, training, and other business means. (5%)

The pay range for this position in Rhode Island is $24.50 - $27.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees, and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives.
