Our story so far...
Vytis and Zygis, co-founders of Eneba, are avid gamers themselves. Their story began in the early 2000s, sharing a dorm room. Students being students, they spent countless nights playing StarCraft, Lineage II, WarCraft, Heroes III, Command & Conquer, Civilization, FIFA, NBA, NukeZone, Counter-Strike, and Doom to name a few ;)
And, actually, most of the early business ideas came to them while gaming. Fast forward through a couple of companies built and a lot of learning, our co-founders decided to circle back to what sparked entrepreneurship in them - gaming! That’s how we came about. Eneba was born in 2018.

About your team
We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data driven optimisation, entertainment and creativity. None of our day to day activities could do without either of those, as we build the strong, fun, and trustworthy brand that is Eneba. Responsibilities
Drive innovation in SEO strategy by experimenting with advanced techniques, including AI, automation, and programmatic SEO, to secure top rankings in the USA gaming and affiliated blog space.
Develop and execute keyword clustering strategies, interlinking structures, and on-page optimizations to maximize visibility and conversions across gaming-focused topics such as accessories, gear, and crypto.
Collaborate with affiliate, performance, and editorial teams to create compelling, search-optimized content strategies and explore new angles to present on-page topics.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, focusing on improving traffic quality and driving conversions as the primary KPI.
Conduct in-depth competitor research and keyword analysis to identify new growth opportunities and ensure sustained leadership in organic search rankings.
Identify and resolve complex SEO challenges, ensuring seamless technical performance and search engine compatibility.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in gaming, technology, and search engine algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience in blog or content-driven platforms, ideally in affiliate marketing and editorial space.
Advanced knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and proven ability to ideate, create, and optimize keyword clusters, interlinking strategies, and content structures for maximum organic performance.
Strong familiarity with gamer-focused topics and trends, including accessories, gear, and crypto, with the ability to craft strategies tailored to this audience.
Proven experience working with SEO content to rank and convert readers. Both independently and collaboratively with other teams.
Proven track record of driving SEO initiatives focused on conversions and user engagement in the USA market.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and analytics platforms, with a data-driven approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
Ability to address complex SEO issues and implement innovative solutions that align with the broader business strategy.
Commitment to staying informed about the latest gaming, SEO, and digital marketing developments.
