Job description

This is a remote position.

This position is ONLY for those ADDICTED to pushing the envelope with AI and implementing leading edge AI-driven marketing solutions.

We are a premier long-term seasonal campground located on the picturesque Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park in Saskatchewan, Canada. Our aim is to create exceptional outdoor experiences for our guests.

We are seeking a tech-savvy, AI-driven Marketing Manager to lead transformative marketing strategies across both organizations. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, content production, technology, and data, this role is for you.


Scope:
  • 40 hours per week​
  • Monday to Friday
  • Between 9am - 6pm Saskatchewan, Canada Time

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
• Oversee, manage and create all social media content for our resort and community, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement for each organization.
• Leverage AI tools for content scheduling, audience targeting, and performance analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design and execute creative campaigns to grow social media followings, foster community engagement and convert prospects into customers providing both companies with recurring income streams.


Creation of AI Avatars and Mascots:
• Lead the development of AI avatars of the founder to scale content production, personalize customer interactions, and amplify brand presence across social platforms.
• Create and integrate AI-powered company mascots into social media strategies for our resort, fostering unique engagement and enhancing storytelling.
• Utilize generative AI tools to ensure high-quality, dynamic content featuring these avatars and mascots.


AI-Driven Marketing Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies leveraging AI tools to optimize customer engagement, lead nurturing, campaign personalization and subscribers.
• Create predictive models to forecast marketing outcomes and allocate resources effectively.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators, using dashboards to make real-time adjustments and enhance ROI.


Innovation and Optimization Initiatives:
• Design and deploy AI-driven A/B testing frameworks, when required, to refine content, visuals, and calls-to-action.
• Incorporate generative AI tools to enhance creative content production, including copywriting, graphics, and video content.
• Lead AI-powered initiatives to streamline lead scoring, CRM management, and email marketing workflows.
• Implement AI chatbots, AI Phone Calling, AI backed outbound messaging and virtual assistants to improve customer service and pre-sales engagement.


Leadership and Collaboration:
• Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring emerging AI technologies and incorporating them into the marketing playbook.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate AI insights into sales, customer service, and operations.
• Foster a culture of innovation by training and mentoring team members on AI adoption and best practices.


Expected Outcomes:
• Significant increase in lead conversion rates and customer retention through AI-enabled personalization and predictive analytics.
• Increase the resort's occupancy rate to 100%, as we expand from 70 campsites to 225 campsites.
• Expand paying subscribers in Campground Owners Association from zero to 500.
• Expanded social media reach and engagement through consistent, innovative content strategies, including the use of AI mascots and avatars.
• Enhanced customer experience and satisfaction through AI-driven tools and initiatives.

Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with proven expertise in AI-driven strategies and technologies.
• Proficiency in AI marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Freshsales AI, ChatGPT etc.).
• Proven experience managing social media channels and crafting high-engagement content.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and remote work collaboration skills.
