Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultant, Hospital Patient Monitoring (Travel: Northeast)
Job Description
As a Clinical Solutions Workflow Consultant (CSWC) you will be based in the Northeast Zone and will have the opportunity to lead and partner with the clinical workflow design of HPM solutions for our customers throughout the US.
Your role:
- Consult and partner with customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant (CSDC), Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant (CSIC), and Sales to design and document workflow for complex HPM solutions throughout the customer lifecycle (could be single or multi-year engagement). Responsible for managing adoption and system optimization of designed solutions for long-term engagement customers. Collaborates with CPS team to develop and deliver advanced customer clinical solutions.
- Expertly deliver clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution and participate in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality).
- Configure or manage the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment and conduct workflow analysis and consult on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.
- Capably guide the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration and new functionality of Philips solutions while coaching and educating customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions
- Analyze the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.
- Maintain your appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure by attending seminars and training sessions and actively be a member of the application and education communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related science with a focus on education such as Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Instructor, etc. and more than 5 years of related clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. You also possess a current nursing license.
- You have experience with various tools in mapping work processes (Visio, swim lanes, PPT) along with experience in the use of Virtual tools (Zoom, TEAMS, etc.)
- Ideally you will have the following certifications: Nursing Informatics, Change Management
- You have 2+ years of experience in data analysis, clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
- You must be able to meet all customer specific mandates such as vaccinations and or screening tests.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
- You’re a road warrior and are comfortable with overnight travel 75% of the time. Overnight travel will be to all states in the US. You may be departing your house on Sunday evening for a Monday meeting, and returning Monday or Tuesday, or it could be departing on another day of the week and returning same or different day. There could be weeks requiring travel to multiple hospital sites, all depending on work planned for the week.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in ME is $76,475to $131,100 per year.
The pay range for this position in NH, PA or VT is $85,000 to $138,000 per year.
The pay range for this position in NY or RI is $84,525 to $144,900 per year.
The pay range for this position in CT, MA, or NJ is $90,160 to $154,560 per year.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
