Job Description

Vue PACS, is an image-management software that provides scalable local and wide area PACS solutions for hospitals and related institutions. This technology archives, distributes, retrieves, and displays images and data from all hospital modalities and information systems. Vue RIS is a system designed to improve radiology workflow.
This products provide a complex solution and technology integrate with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), Radiology Information Systems/Hospital Information Systems (RIS/HIS), and Health Level Seven (HL7) brokers to ingest patient demographic and clinical information. The system also connects to radiology modalities to ingest clinical images from various hospital departments. Vue PACS and RIS are key products in the radiology department



Your role:

  • Product Serviceability Improvement: Gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities to enhance product serviceability.

  • Go-to-market materials: Create and review materials, including service documentation, customer documentation, and training packages for on premise and cloud solutions.

  • Service Testing and Validation: Execute service expert testing and validation plans to ensure product quality and readiness for commercialization.

  • Global Service Coordination: Coordinate and verify WW service plans and activities with the global service community throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Customer Support Product Plan (CSPP): Update and maintain the CSPP to ensure accurate and up-to-date service information.

  • Service Training: Define service training requirements for assigned products or programs.

  • First of Kind (FOK) Installations: Manage FOK installations as an SME and provide valuable feedback to stakeholders.



You're the right fit if you have:

  • Educational Background: University Degree/Master's Degree or equivalent in IT, technical field, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Service/Technical engineering from the healthcare industry or enterprise organizations

  • Cloud SW operation experience – advantage

  • Language Proficiency: English language skills in addition to Italian.
