Job Description:

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions based on industry best practices and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ applications, including product setup, pricing rules, discounting, quoting processes, and approvals.
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and other technologies to build customized solutions that support CPQ processes.
  • Perform data migrations and data transformations related to CPQ functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues CPQ related issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features, releases, and best practices, and incorporate them into solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ development and implementation.
  • Certified in Salesforce CPQ specialist.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ development technologies including Apex and SOQL.
  • Familiarity with Gearset, Gitlab for deployment and version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with DocuSign.
  • Experience with other CPQ or CRM platforms and tools.
