About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Finance, to join our growing team!

What you’ll do here:

• Participate in financial disclosure related projects and improvement to the financial reporting process.
• Provide accounting advisory services to various internal stakeholders, ensuring our financial practices are in full compliance with the latest IFRS standard.
• Support in environmental, social and governance (ESG) related financial reporting and compliance.

What you bring to the table:

• CPA designation – is required
• Minimum of 8-years of relevant experience in accounting standards (IFRS), financial reporting or ESG
• Knowledge of P&C insurance industry – is an asset
• Knowledge of ESG – is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership skills, team player, independent and efficient
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
