The Cost and Margin accouting primarily works on Allowance programs end to end cycle starting from setting up the programs in ERP system until Auditing and raising debit memos for earnings through vendor programs.
This roles responsibilities will involve in auditing recurring periodic sales and purchase programs setup by the team and ensuring accurate accruals are captured within the system and carry out final adjustments to balance the sheet. This role will also involve in answering vendor inquiries and raising identified chargebacks for adjusted vendor payments.
Roles and responsibilites
1. Carry out sales and purchase audits with 100% timeliness and accuracy
2. Ensure chargebacks are issued on time to maintain vendor relations
3. Answer vendor inquiries related to allowance programs.
4. Process pricing chargebacks and invoice reconciliation
5. Report completed tasks to supervisor in a timely manner
5. Keep stake holders informed of progress on a regular basis
Skils required
1. Fluent in using apllications like Excel, microsoft access database and Lowe's ERP systems
2. Good in written and oral commnication (English)
3. Good Analytical skill and attention to detail
