Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Facilitates team events using Scrum and Agile values as a guide
  • Guides team members in understanding their role
  • Helps the Developers track progress & visualize work
  • Help the Developers clearly and effectively prioritize work using tools at hand
  • Helps to focus on value delivery and visualize progress for the Product Owner
  • Supports Scrum documentation
  • Manages risks
  • Handles the team’s dependencies and blockers
  • Understands of the current situation the team is in and therefore makes weighted and needed decisions
  • Prompts the team to discover their potential
  • Improves collaboration
  • Develops team members' skills and knowledge, and learn how to be self-sufficient
  • Builds consensus within the team
