Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new users and conduct initial assessments via chat to understand their mental health needs.
• Provide empathetic and supportive responses to help users feel comfortable and safe.
• Offer guidance and resource referrals based on individual user needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with our triage team to ensure users are paired with the right therapists for ongoing support.
• Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
• Provide feedback to improve the onboarding process and user experience.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice therapy, eligible to provide support via chat.
• Strong experience in conducting assessments and providing therapeutic support, preferably in a virtual format.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy through text.
• Solid understanding of mental health challenges and best practices in psychotherapy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
• Full-time availability (8h a day Mon-Fri)

IMPORTANT Availability Note: This is a freelance role, but we are looking for someone who can commit to being available full-time. Please confirm in your application if you are able to provide consistent coverage throughout the week to ensure prompt user support.
