Project Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the workflow of SEO campaigns for fast-growing SaaS brands. This is a full-time position where you’ll play a vital role in driving client success by managing systems, processes, and deliverables that directly impact their growth.

As the Project Manager, you will be the cornerstone of project operations, primarily focusing on strategy and link-building deliverables. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and on-time execution of deliverables. You’ll work closely with the Head of SEO, strategists, and clients to maintain alignment and build strong relationships.

This role is perfect for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

Salary - $15 / hour

Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule - US Time Zone

Requirements

• In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Familiarity with Notion or other project management tools.
• An understanding of SEO principles is a strong plus.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build meaningful relationships with team members.
• A drive to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• SEO Knowledge: Knows the difference between low and high-quality content and links and pushes back when standards do not comply with our standards.
• Leadership Skills: Confidence in setting clear expectations, delegating tasks, and keeping everyone accountable.
• Proactive & Organized: A self-starter who thrives in managing multiple projects and maintaining order in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused: Comfortable engaging with clients, building trust, and always maintaining professionalism.
