Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer data and files accurately from one system to another.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness during the transfer process.
Organize and categorize files systematically for easy retrieval.
Perform data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in transferred information.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all transferred data.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Report any technical issues encountered during file transfers.
Familiarity with cloud-based file management systems.
Experience working with multiple databases or CRMs.
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving data transfer issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in using data entry software, MS Office, and database management tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Basic understanding of file systems and data transfer processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or computer operations is a plus.
