Jr. Operations and Pricing Associate

Role summary:

We’re looking for a Junior Operations & Pricing Associate that is hungry and eager to join a passionate and fast-growing team. If you love solving challenging and meaningful problems, you’ve come to the right place. To succeed you will need to be very agile and proactive, be able to tackle problems head on and carry a curious nature as to how things work and why.

Your day to day will involve pricing and market analysis and will have a heavy involvement with the documentation and setup of internal systems and processes. Having an analytical background will be important and knowing your way around an excel spreadsheet is a major plus! You will be involved in new product development from start to finish and will work cross-functionally across different teams within the business.

You’ll be:

• Updating our cost calculator and adding products to build our pricing

• Fielding incoming quotation requests and - working in collaboration with other team members - prioritizing as needed

• Gathering the necessary data to make informed decisions about product pricing and freight options.

• Placing orders with suppliers and communicating with suppliers to track orders

• Maintaining pricing models and databases in a streamlined fashion allowing other stakeholders to easily access and interpret.

• Assisting the Internal Ops team on ad-hoc strategic projects that allow us to execute the product roadmap

• Assisting the sourcing team with costing & shipping analysis.

• Assisting with documenting process within our internal knowledgebase, Guru

• Placing orders with suppliers and communicating with suppliers to track orders

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years working experience

• Advanced experience working with excel or google sheets

• An analytical skillset

• Experience with eCommerce a plus!

• Passion for working in a collaborative team environment

• Positive mindset, motivated and energetic
