Job description

This is a remote position.

Hiring Freelancer Recruiter (Work From Home) for REMOTE Location !! 

Experience: 6 Months + 
Salary : NO FIXED SALARY (ON COMMISSION BASIS) 

• Job Description:

o Source, screen, and interview candidates to match the clients' job requirements.

o Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for quick placements.

 o Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

o Utilize various platforms for candidate sourcing.


• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

o Number of Placements: Total number of candidates successfully placed.

o Time-to-Fill: Average time taken to fill a vacancy.

o Candidate Quality: Percentage of placements that meet client expectations.

o Client Satisfaction: Feedback scores from clients regarding placements.

o Candidate satisfaction and offer acceptance rates.

 

• Key Result Areas (KRAs)

o Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels.

o Screening and Interviewing: Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

o Client Interaction: Understanding client requirements and maintaining regular communication.

o Database Management: Keeping candidate information up-to-date in the recruitment database.

o High offer-to-acceptance ratios.

 

 • Success Factors:

o Sourcing Skills: Ability to effectively find and attract qualified candidates.

o Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

o Organizational Skills: Efficient management of multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

 o Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in candidate screening and documentation.

o Ability to assess candidate fit both technically and culturally.

o Relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.

Incentive model:

The following incentives will apply based on the salary bracket OF the JOINED Candidates:

Budget Model: INR 1000/Hiring (Salary Below INR 10000/Month)

Basic Model: INR 2500/Hiring (Salary Between INR 10000-INR 20000/Month)

Standard Model: INR 5000/Hiring (Salary between INR 20000-INR 75000/Month)

Premium Model: INR 10000/Hiring (Salary Above INR 75000/Month)

Additionally, if there are no Joining in a month, they will be carried forward to the subsequent month.


Work hours – 4-5 hours each day

Work days – Monday to Saturday

Holidays – On festivals as per our holiday calendar

Leave – Sick leaves/ personal emergencies are considered.
