Senior UX/UI Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Researcher with a focus on discovery research to drive innovation in our product design. In this role, you will lead research efforts to uncover user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities that will inform product strategy and design.

The impact you'll make:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the Design team
• Conduct research to understand the different requirements and how users will interact helping to design the new platforms
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Improve design standards, tooling, and processes.
  

Technology stack:

• Strong experience in design/usability research
• Strong design skills - Figma, Sketch, Xd, or similar.
• Strong Prototyping skills - Sketch, Figma, Invision, Axure, or similar.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  

What you'll bring to us:

• +8 / 10 years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer/Researcher.
  
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into the design process.
• Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, interaction design, and other relevant design disciplines.
  
• Ability to articulate design decisions and strategies to both design and non-design stakeholders.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  
• Experience handling iterative design throughout an agile development process.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and technologies.
• Ability to independently solve open-ended and complex problems.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and solve problems independently and proactively.
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

*Remote role with required availability to travel to London offices from time to time.
