We’re seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant / Virtual Assistant to join our client’s expanding digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of executing diverse marketing initiatives, from managing social media accounts to creating engaging content for blogs and various platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI tools and design software, contributing to the company’s online growth and brand visibility. Responsibilities

• Craft and schedule compelling social media posts using advanced tools like Hootsuite, ensuring consistent engagement across platforms
  
• Utilize AI-powered tools and Canva to design eye-catching graphics for social media, blog posts, and marketing materials
  
• Collaborate with the content team to create, edit, and publish informative blog posts on WordPress, enhancing the company’s online authority
  
• Assist in implementing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation
  
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement, providing insights to refine marketing strategies
  
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation to track campaign performance
  
• Contribute creative ideas for content creation and marketing initiatives, helping to keep the brand fresh and engaging
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with social media management and content creation for business accounts
  
• Proficiency in using Canva or similar graphic design tools for creating visually appealing content
  
• Familiarity with AI-powered content generation tools and willingness to learn new technologies
  
• Basic knowledge of WordPress for blog post creation and management
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately
  
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends
  
• Experience with Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling tools is a plus
  
• Background or interest in legal or financial services is beneficial but not required
