JOIN OUR TEAM
As Influencer Marketing Manager you will play a significant role in shaping, conceptualising, and executing a holistic influencer marketing approach for the Hungarian market across all touchpoints. You will drive brand awareness, grow our community, and build a thriving influencer marketing portfolio for Westwing in these countries. This position is unlimited and can be located in Hungary or Munich, Germany.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • build and expand the influencer marketing portfolio in Hungary, identifying and nurturing relationships with top influencers and brand ambassadors
  • design, set up, and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the preferences of Hungarian audiences
  • stay ahead of industry trends, PR/social media advancements, and best practices in influencer marketing to keep campaigns fresh and relevant
  • monitor and analyse campaign performance in terms of reach, engagement, and community growth, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • research and onboard new influencers and ambassadors who align with the Westwing brand and vision
  • work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align influencer content with broader brand goals
YOU COME WITH
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in social media and influencer marketing, with experience in Hungary
  • deep understanding of the Hungarian influencer landscape, with existing relationships being a strong plus
  • passion for interior design, style, and creating visually stunning content
  • ability to balance creativity with organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • strong prioritisation skills, the ability to work independently, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • fluency in English and Hungarian
