You will play a pivotal role in understanding our current organization, creating, and implementing standardized procedures that will streamline operations and drive consistency across all our legal & consulting activities. You will contribute substantially to the business operations to meet their objectives and improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and our overall performance.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and evaluating existing procedures
  • Leading improvement initiatives
  • Establishing controls to maintain the integrity of the implemented structures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformative projects
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Being responsible for communications with Managing Directors of various business units

  • Previous working experience in IP and/or legal industry is required
  • Experienced Process Manager with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Your passion for process improvement can make a real difference
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and onboard teams to drive changes and foster collaboration
  • Demonstrate an understanding of diverse cultures and navigate among stakeholders with varying perspectives and priorities
  • Proactive and strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Autonomy & time management
  • Team spirit
  • Flexibility to travel – mostly in EU (up to 50%)
