Job Summary
The Grants Manager manages the grant application and funding process for the Blue & You Foundation. Incumbent ensures a well-organized grant process and delivery of funds while tracking the grant making process from beginning to end, including application acceptance, grant award letters, grant payments, grant reports, related analyses, and outcomes. The position requires meeting strict deadlines, completing complex, multi-step processes, communicating with internal and external customers, and excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in relavent field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years' non-profit program planning, corporate foundation, grant administration, executive level administrative support or related experience.
Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Social Media, Grant Management System.
Minimum one (1) year experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred.

Responsibilities
Assigns, reviews, and approves all grant reports submitted by funded organizations. Responsible for requesting further clarification and documentation if necessary. Reports grant results to the President, Conducts mid-year and final reviews the Grant Manager will perform analyses to identify management, financial, and administrative issues. Compiles report for President and Board of Directors Blue & You Foundation of all findings., Engages with executive leadership to provide data analytics through collecting and reviewing grant history data, generating reports, and providing accurate responses for both perspective and current funding programs and projects as requested, Ensures recipients of Blue & You Foundation funds comply with all standards set in the grant agreement. Compiles report annually for President on all grant cycles., Maintains grants management software system (online application and scoring system) to be effective and user-friendly, Manages annual Blue & You grant cycles which includes but is not limited to due diligence of organizations and grant applications, preparing reports on application pool statistics, and assigning grant applications to review for both the preliminary and final review rounds. Manages Special Grant cycles which includes but is not limited to reviewing applications and preparing edits and questions for President's review, creating executive summaries for executive leadership review, and managing reporting and meetings between the Foundation and organizations, Monitors, assesses, and ensures grantee complies with all terms and conditions of funding through communication and reporting, Performs final review of completed awards and processing close-outs with a full report to President to ensure compliance with all requirements, Prepares award and decline notifications, manages payments with Accounts Payables, and creates and sends grant acknowledgement letters to recipient organizations for both Blue & You and Special grants, Prepares material for foundation board meetings, including developing presentations. Manages board of directors SharePoint site with the most up to date material for board review, Provides training, technical assistance, and consultation to grant applicants and recipients, Using reporting, assesses grantee’s performance, with established performance measures
