Overview:
2020 Companies is seeking a full-time remote Field Operations Manager representing our client, Eyebot.
Work Location: Remote + travel to kiosks in Burlington, Natick, and Nashua Malls.
Compensation: $85K-$87K annual salary

The Field Operations Manager is an exciting position for those who are seeking a long-term events management opportunity! As a FOM you will be overseeing a small team of Brand Ambassadors who are demonstrating and promoting Eyebot kiosks in malls. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, this role will ensure adherence to event standard processes and procedures, company and client policy, established work schedule, paperwork compliance, and customer engagement to ensure maximum presentation and sales potential. Provide on-site supervisory presence as required.

Job Description:
Your Role as a Field Operations Manager is to:
Assist onsite management with the daily operations of the event
Manage time cards, creating schedules, etc.
Ensure the team is exceeding client expectations and applying company policy and procedures
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills and experience in consumer-facing environments (sales, customer service, etc.)
Passion for servant leadership and supporting others
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and client stakeholders
Flexible and adaptable with a passion for teamwork and innovation
Salesforce experience is a plus!
