Job description

The Medicare Part D Data Management & Reporting Senior Advisor provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Data Measurement & Reporting assignments/projects, with a focus on pharmacy activity; including FDR oversight and Compliance related processes; Delivers value by creating new analytical and operational reporting, business performance measurement and management dashboards with portals and self-service tools across the organization.

Key Job Functions:

  • Consults with Business Partners within Government Business to design, develop and deploy analytic solutions, including methods to identify, surface and make recommendations based on trends.
  • Conduct sophisticated analyses to help assess business decisions and recommend future action on a variety of topics, including;  FDR oversight and CMS Compliance processes pharmacy claims behavior, customer behavior, profitability, benefit design impact, testing outcomes, and alike.
  • Builds the roadmap for heighted data analysis and decision-making for Part D Pharmacy.
  • Develop clear and thoughtful materials to communicate results and recommendations to business partners and senior leadership.
  • Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision. Identifying and setting clear objectives.
  • Provides leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise.
  • Act as SME on pharmacy data elements analytical consultant
  • Responsible for the  quality and integrity of data collected and analyses performed

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, data science, business, marketing, MIS, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related experience
  • 5+ years of experience business analytics, which includes data manipulation and using business tools (SQL, SAS or related). 
  • 2+ years working with Medicare Part D data is required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Can effectively work with large data sets to generate actionable insights and business impact.
  • Demonstrated SME in terms of both data analysis and Medicare Pharmacy data and language.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, surface, and present data trends to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise with large data sets and the ability to tell the important stories that influence business decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Works well with both internal and external partners.  Collaborates and works with requestor areas, making sure that their needs are met when developing the required analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,500 - 185,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
