About the role:
As a Technical Product Manager at Raft, you will be an agile onboarding SME that understands how to manage non-waterfall projects.
- Oversee the operations of individual projects within programs
- Coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines
- Report to the program manager on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan
- Focus on execution and managing functional elements of the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables
What we are looking for:
- 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks
- Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
- Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
- Contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable
- Creating and maintaining documentation for implementations
- Demonstrated knowledge in the following: Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD Cyber Security and Cloud
Highly preferred:
- Direct experience working with DoD clients
- Proven track record managing favorable profit and loss
- Agile certification(s)
- Experience working in a software factory environment
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Work Type:
- Remote (Local to San Antonio, TX highly preferred)
- May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range:
- $110,000 - $180,000
- The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
