Job description

SAP Deployment Coordinator - 12 Month Term - Onsite

As our SAP Deployment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the performance of a program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees and coordinates multiple projects within a specific program to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution.

Location: Ottawa, ON- Onsite

Your Challenge:

  • Develops and manages comprehensive program plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.

  • Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.

  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc.

  • Oversees program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.

  • Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.

  • Attend SAP workshops, including O2C and other streams, where applicable.

  • Data cleansing activities.

  • Perform required testing, or work with ECC sites to complete the required testing.

  • Training leading up to S4 deployment.

  • Assist with data migration work for orders, RMAs, service contracts.

  • Post-launch related support.

What You Bring:

  • 7-10 years work experience in a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, MRP.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Fosters a collaborative work environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Possesses project management, negotiation, transaction structuring internal transaction, and strategic planning skills.
