Job description

Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time Travel Concierge. You will work remotely, supporting guests staying at luxury vacation rentals. The Concierge team is a close-knit, bubbly team within Wander. We work hard and often contribute to various side projects within Wander’s Guest Experience department. Location (Remote):

  • This role is open to remote workers in the Philippines.

  • The permanent work schedule is 5 days a week and will be either:

    • 4 AM - 12 PM (Philippine Standard Time)

    • 8 PM - 4 AM (Philippine Standard Time)

  • The first 2 weeks will be training from 12 PM - 8 PM (Philippine Standard Time).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written

  • This job serves the hospitality industry and requires the ability to work holidays and weekends

  • Have a smooth-running laptop that can handle multiple tabs and software at the same time

  • Have strong internet access at home (this job is remote)

  • A decent phone (you’ll need to download an international calling app)

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

  • Empathy and listening skills

  • Possesses empathy, strong communication, and good listening skills

  • Tech-savvy, good with navigating around different platforms

Day-to-day will consist of:

  • Answering common questions with scripts

  • Solving possibly complex requests from guests with creativity

  • Software such as ClickUp, Breezeway, and our internal software (we’ll show you how to use these)

  • Doing tasks assigned to you by your manager

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams on various aspects of setting up a newly onboarded property
